Manfredi Suite in Rome is a historic Luxury Boutique Hotel in the city, open since1949 and still family run. The Hotel is independent because it wants to distinguish itself from the large national and international chains by offering a luxury product based exclusively on the made in Italy, and whose strengths are the welcome, cleanliness and quality of the products offered.

It is a beautiful structure of charm which has been completely refurbished and recently enlarged. The master craftsmen have been able to transform it into a real Wedding Box.

Attentive and environmentally friendly, the hotel was selected in 2009 by the Michelin Guide winning the award for the Best Hotel for energy consumption. Even today the hotel is included in the Michelin guide.

Over the years the hotel has been awarded several prizes including the Brand of Italian Hospitality obtained by the Italian Unioncamere and other awards that make it one of the best hotels in Rome for its category. The property is located in Via Margutta, one of the most elegant, famous, central and quiet streets of Rome, location where it was filmed the famous movie Roman Holiday with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn, and where lived other VIP like Federico Fellini and Giulietta Masina, painters like Renato Guttuso and sculptors like Pericle Fazzini as well as other celebrities.

It is located in the vicinity of the Spanish Steps and Trinità dei Monti, which can be easily reached by foot in just 2 minutes.

The Metro stop “Spagna” of Line A is only 50 meters away. The district is Campo Marzio, famous for the shopping venues and where you can find shops of the major brands and the national and international fashion studios. The district is also nicknamed ‘the beautiful living room in Rome’ and it is located between Via del Babuino, Via del Corso and Via Condotti.

All rooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries – certified by a pharmaceutical company and produced in Italy – with olive oil extracts which make the skin softer and relaxed and give a feeling of well-being all over the body.

The Small Double Rooms have the size of about 13 square meters. They are equipped with a French double bed and are recommended for business traveler or for short stays.

The Superior rooms are 16-18 square meters in size. They have a 160 cm double bed. and you can also have two beds. On request we can provide a cot for children up to 2 years. These rooms are suitable for a leisure clientele.

The Deluxe Double rooms are splendid and have dimensions of 18-22 square meters. They all have a view of the street and a King size bed and are suitable for guests who never want to miss anything. They offer the best of the modern comforts and include a bathrobe and slippers in soft sponge. In the bathroom you can find a Jacuzzi cabin with different types of hydromassage showers to relax after a tiring day around the city. For more demanding customers there are the lavish and luxurious Junior Suites and Suites, rooms with sizes from 25 to 40 square meters, suitable for families up to 4 people. As an alternative for larger families who do not want to share a large room, there are comfortable connecting rooms 50 square meters in size. They are equipped with different types of beds suitable for up to 6 people and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms to offer the maximum possible comfort. The room price, without any supplement, includes a superb breakfast which is served in an elegant room of the hotel in the morning.

The products are fresh and made every day by the hotel’s pastry chef: the best way to start your day is enjoying a delicious sweet and a savory buffet, prepared with cakes, tarts, muffins, donuts, brioches and biscuits of various types, mixed croissants and different types of hot bread freshly baked, a fresh fruit salad, various fruit juices and yogurt with fruit or lean. The buffet includes a special fresh homemade low-fat yogurt without sugar. There is also another savory option with several mixed puff pastry filled with cheese and ham or with vegetables, various types of cheese and mixed cold cuts, salad, tomatoes and scrambled or boiled eggs with bacon and hot frankfurters. We use only D.O.P. products where the refined freshness of the foods of the best brands are wisely worked to offer our guests an international breakfast that embraces the tastes of everyone including the vegans On request we can also supply special products or gluten free products for celiacs. The hotel offers also a table service without additional costs and can serve any type of cold and hot drink prepared by the baristas, an excellent coffee selected from the best blends, cappuccinos with fresh milk, tea of various flavors, mixed infusions, hot milk or chocolate, juices of fruit or tomato; it can also serve fresh orange juices and different types of omelettes with a small extra cost.
